Jamaican Peanut Punch

I just got this awesome machine that makes nut milks (heehee) in twenty minutes. I took it for a spin and made a thick & creamy roasted peanut milk that reminds me of the sweet peanut soup you can find in Taiwan. I also found out you can mix in condensed milk and some cinnamon to make a Jamaican peanut punch! Of course, I used the dank dulce de leche instead and it was the perfect relaxing drink before my long walk to work.

If you don't have a nut milk machine, here's a peanut milk recipe from Bon Appetit that's pretty legit.

Serves 1

• 1 1/2 cup peanut milk
• 1 tsp dank dulce de leche
• 1 tsp honey
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Dash of cinnamon
• Dash of nutmeg

Directions - served cold
1. Add all ingredients to a blender with 1/3 cup ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

Directions - served hot
1. Pour peanut milk into a mug and microwave on high for a minute.
2. Remove peanut milk from microwaves and mix in all ingredients until fully combined.
