I'm a huge fan of avocado toast. It was probably the trendiest breakfast food of 2015 but I don't think it'll go out of style for awhile because this ish is crazy delicious. Wake and bake with this healthy avocado toast with medicated avocado oil for breakfast. It's like warm hug for your tum. 

Medicated Avocado Toast
Serves 1

• 1 slice seeded bread - toasted
• 1/2 avocado - sliced thin
• 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp medicated avocado oil
• 1/2 lemon zest
• 5 mint leaves - torn
• pinch of hemp seeds
• salt to taste

1. Smear Greek yogurt onto toasted bread.
2. Fan out thinly sliced avocado on top of the yogurt. 
3. Drizzle medicated avocado oil on top. 
4. Garnish with mint leaves, hemp seeds, lemon zest, and finishing salt.
