A new study out of Oklahoma State University led by associate professor Dr. Edralin Lucas confirms some already well-known health benefits of mangoes. They're high in fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C and they may help control body fat and blood sugar.
But there's also a magical chemical in mangoes called myrcene--a tasty terpene that's found in certain strains of cannabis as well. Some people say this means eating a mango or drinking a cannabis-infused mango smoothie may speed up and increase the intensity of the high. I'll give it a shot and report back!
Other foods high in myrcene include lemongrass, hops and black pepper extract.
