EDIBLES Cookbook: A Sneak Peek
This Sous Weed table brunch with Stephanie Hua and Coreen Carroll came full circle for me. I’m grateful for the many serendipitous moments in my life that have led me here to this moment, at this table. I discovered that Steph came from a very similar background—not only being Asian Americans in the cannabis industry but we bounced around all the advertising agencies in NYC back in our youth, we just didn’t meet until we moved to San Francisco. Coreen, formerly from Madame Munchie, made the first edible I ever purchased legally from a dispensary. I remember it was the grilled PB&J macaron and it opened my eyes to so many possibilities that go beyond just a basic pot brownie. To be a featured chef in their new EDIBLES cookbook is such a dream and I’m very humbled to be in the presence of these boss babes.
