I had the pleasure of interviewing cannabis chef, Payton Curry, of Marijuana Recipes. We did a sous weed demo together at The ComfyTree CannaBazaar and I learned so much about sous vide cannabis-infused foods, medicines, and topical treatments.

I got a chance to pick his brain on how it all works, why cannabis is an effective medicine, and how Nomiku & the sous vide method helps him do it all.
